Maitreya Kodilkar

Maitreya Kodilkar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maitreya started their career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Neel Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in 2013, where they gained valuable experience in engineering. Maitreya then moved on to Groz-Beckert in 2015 as a Sales Management Trainee, developing skills in sales and management.

In 2016, Maitreya joined Neel Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd. again as a Business Development Executive before transitioning to Neilsoft later that year. At Neilsoft, they held the position of Senior Business Development Executive and was responsible for prospecting, meeting with key stakeholders, and managing pre-sales activities.

In 2018, Maitreya joined Kalyani Studio as a Marketing Business Development Manager, leading a team of 10 people and focusing on business development and marketing strategies for engineering design services and prototyping. Responsibilities included preparing account management plans for key customers and driving growth in India and Europe.

Currently, Maitreya is working as a Business Development Manager at nCircle Tech, a position they started in 2021.

Maitreya Kodilkar's education history is as follows:

From 2014 to 2016, Maitreya attended the Indo-German Training Centre (IGTC) in Mumbai, where they completed a Post Graduate Program in Business Administration. During this time, their field of study focused on Business Administration and Management in general.

Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, Maitreya attended Sinhgad College of Engineering, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering.

Maitreya also attended Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2010 and received a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to these formal education programs, Maitreya acquired a certification in Pro-Engineer from MITCON Institute of Management in July 2012.

Lastly, from 1997 to 2007, Maitreya attended Symbiosis International University, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
