Heather Beall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Heather is currently serving as the Chief Human Capital Officer at NCM Associates since March 2019. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at HR Solutions & Consulting from January 2002 till the present.

Heather also held significant roles at Jack Cooper Transport & Logistics, where they were the Vice President Human Resources from January 2018 to March 2019 and the Director of Human Resources from January 2012 to January 2018.

Before that, they worked at IST - Installation & Service Technologies, Inc as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to December 2011.

Additionally, Heather has experience as a Human Resources Manager at MachineryLink Solutions, from 2006 to 2007.

Heather Beall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. In 2009, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. Additionally, in 2015, they completed the SHRM-SCP certification program offered by the Society of Human Resource Management.
