Rick Surette

Rick Surette has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rick started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at CN in 1993 and later worked as a Programmer/Analyst for the Federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans in 1994. From 1996 to 1998, Rick worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Maritime Information Technology (MIT), where they were involved in various consulting engagements for different clients.

In 1998, Rick joined xwave as a Manager, holding various roles including Manager, Test Program, Manager, Maintenance Program, and Manager, Application Architect. Rick was responsible for leading and managing teams, implementing quality assurance testing and maintenance processes, and achieving project milestones. Rick was also recognized as the MVP for a successful corporate project.

From 2009 to 2018, Rick worked at TSi Auto Solutions, where they held roles such as Application Architect, Lead Architect, Manager, Solutions Delivery, and Manager, PMO. In these roles, they were involved in architecting and developing applications, implementing solutions for clients, and enhancing maintenance and deployment processes. Rick also played a key role in SR&ED claims and RFP & RFI responses. Rick managed teams, conducted technical interviews, and performed capacity planning.

Since 2018, Rick has been working as the Director of Project Management at NCM Associates.

Rick Surette attended the University of Moncton from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
