Simonne LeBlanc has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Simonne began their career as a research student at the Université de Moncton in 2009 and 2010. Simonne then worked as a junior aerospace engineer at I.M.P Group from May 2012 to December 2012. Following that, they joined PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company as a supply chain supervisor and lean Six Sigma project leader from December 2012 to May 2014.

Most recently, Simonne LeBlanc began working at NCM Associates in October 2022 as a software project manager.
Simonne LeBlanc earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moncton, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In 2011, they also completed a 6-month term at École d'Ingénieurs et d'Architectes de Fribourg, specializing in Génie Mécanique. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Management from McGill University. Additionally, they have pursued certifications in Essentials of Leadership, Infor EAM (CMMS), Lean Six Sigma Leader, and Supply Chain University, although the institutions and dates of completion for these certifications are not specified.
