Véronik Roy

Director, Client Success at NCM Associates

Véronik Roy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the automotive industry. Véronik began their career in 2008 at Toyota Canada Inc., where they worked in customer relations for five years. From 2013 to 2016, Véronik worked at Volkswagen Group Canada Inc. as a bilingual customer relations representative. In 2016, they joined Audi Canada and held roles as a business management and network analyst, as well as a business performance retail consultant. Most recently, Véronik joined NCM Associates in 2020, where they initially worked as a client success manager before being promoted to the position of director, client success in November 2021.

Véronik Roy attended Durham College from 2012 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Business Operations. During their time at Durham College, they obtained additional certifications from Lynda.com in Financial Analysis: Introduction to Business Performance Analysis and Setting Up a Database in Excel 2013, in February 2016.
