Rebecca Taylor

Rebecca Taylor has over two decades of experience in business development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Executive Vice President at the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences since August 1997. Prior roles at NCMS include Senior Vice President for Strategy & Business Development and Vice President of Government. Additionally, Rebecca co-founded WifiConsulting in 2003, continuing until April 2024. Educational achievements include a Master's Degree in International Affairs & Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
