Leo Carroll

Leo Carroll is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Mativ since February 2022, Leo previously held interim Senior Legal Counsel roles at Sunbelt Rentals UK and led legal services as Company Secretary at mydentist, advising on compliance in the largest dental corporate in Europe. Legal expertise was further honed at Manchester City Council, EOS:Law LLP, and Brabners Chaffe Street, focusing on commercial contracts, corporate reorganisations, and general company law. Leo holds a BA(Hons) in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University, a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law - Chester, and a GradICSA from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.
