Mohamed Hassan

Mohamed Hassan is an experienced Territory Manager and Assistant Field Services Manager at NCR Atleos since October 2023, responsible for the financial and operational oversight of services for NCR customers in Egypt. Prior to this role, Mohamed served in various positions at NCR Corporation from January 2011 to October 2023, including Territory Manager, Account Support Analyst, Field Supervisor, Senior Engineer, and Engineer. Key responsibilities throughout these roles included analyzing territory performance, developing service improvement strategies, ensuring service quality, managing a team of engineers, and addressing customer service delivery gaps. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and is currently pursuing further studies at the Arab Academy for Science & Technology.
