Jason Weathers

Jason Weathers is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Managing Partner at NCR Ventures since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director Of Food And Beverage at The Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch from June 2021 to November 2023. Jason's extensive career includes serving as General Manager at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group from 2013 to June 2021 and General Manager at Chart House Restaurant in 2012. Additionally, Jason worked as Area Manager, Director Of Food And Beverage, and Operations Manager at McCormick & Schmick's from August 1999 to December 2012.
