Cameron Humphries has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Cameron has held positions at NCR Voyix and NCR Corporation, where they served as Vice President of Software Engineering. At NCR, they led the software engineering teams responsible for the transformation of NCR Aloha, a widely used restaurant POS and technology platform. Under Cameron's leadership, customer satisfaction improved and site counts increased.
Prior to their time at NCR, Cameron worked at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Director of Technology and Director of Software Engineering. In these roles, they led application modernization efforts, API-enablement projects, and the construction of next-generation tax compliance platforms.
Cameron also had experiences at Neiman Marcus, KPMG LLP, GTE Internetworking, GTE Network Services, GTE Airfone, and the State of Texas, Comptroller of Public Accounts. Throughout their career, they have showcased their expertise in various areas including marketing systems, vendor management, project portfolio management, applications development, and tax policy.
Cameron Humphries has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing and High-Tech from the Texas McCombs School of Business, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Cameron also has a Master of Public Affairs degree with a focus on E-Commerce Tax Policy from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, completed between 1995 and 1998. Cameron earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature (Honors) from Washington and Lee University from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification from Cisco which they obtained in 1999.
