Carlos Diaz has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 with TSI, Incorporated as a Developer and Graphic Designer. Carlos later worked as a Web Developer at Creative Media from 2003 to 2010. In 2007, they joined NCR Corporation as a Customer Engineer, where they improved service level agreements and customer satisfaction. Currently, Carlos is serving as a Customer Engineer Team Lead at NCR Voyix, leading a team of 16 customer engineers and providing technical expertise assistance.

Carlos Diaz attended Colegio Teresiano from 1985 to 1995. Carlos then proceeded to Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC) in Valencia, Venezuela, from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Engineering.
