Ericson Reduta has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Ericson started their career as a Graphic Designer at Studio 13West, where they designed various collateral materials. Ericson then worked as a Web/Graphic Designer at JCC Realty & Mortgage and later as a Real Estate Relationship Manager at E-LOAN.

In 2008, Ericson joined the Internal Revenue Service as a Contact Representative, assisting taxpayers with various tax-related issues. Ericson also worked as a Field Agent at Knights of Columbus, providing support and services to members.

In 2013, Ericson held the role of a Graphic Designer at AppleOne before transitioning to Lifetouch Church Directories and Portraits as a Photography Sales Specialist.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Comcast Cable as a Residential Install & Service Technician, responsible for broadband installation and troubleshooting. Ericson then became a Quota Analyst, managing and adjusting quotas to meet customer demand. Later, Ericson took on the role of a TLC Universal Agent, where they analyzed, prioritized, and dispatched appointments for field personnel.

Since 2019, Ericson has been working at NCR Corporation, starting as a Customer Engineer II and currently serving as a Customer Engineer Team Lead.

Ericson Reduta obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and Document Design and Management from San Jose State University in the year 2000.
