Jacqueline Purdy has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacqueline has held various leadership roles throughout their career, with a focus on human resources and risk management.

From 2023 onwards, Jacqueline worked at NCR Atleos as Corporate Vice President, IT Shared Services. In this role, they were responsible for workforce strategy, contract management, risk management, financial analysis, and portfolio management. Jacqueline successfully led the separation of NCR into two distinct companies and led a culture shift towards proactive risk management.

Prior to that, they worked at Intrado Cloud Collaboration as SVP, Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer from 2020 to 2022. Here, they supported the President of the Cloud Collaboration segment and led all HR initiatives and programs.

From 2018 to 2019, Jacqueline served as SVP, Technology Risk and Compliance Executive at TSYS. Jacqueline developed and operationalized the first-ever CIO Risk Framework and managed relationships with federal regulators. Jacqueline also partnered with the Chief Diversity Officer to build diversity recruiting and development strategies.

Before that, at USAA, Jacqueline held various roles from 2012 to 2018, including VP of Talent Planning & Acquisition and VP of Talent and Organizational Excellence. Jacqueline also worked at Bank of America from 2003 to 2012, where they held leadership positions in business continuity, project management, and process design.

Jacqueline's work experience also includes serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 2011. In this role, they provided support for various military operations and assisted in implementing Base Realignment and Closure decisions.

Jacqueline Purdy has a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science, which they obtained from Air University in 2004-2005. Earlier, they completed a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, from 1997 to 2000. Prior to their Master's degrees, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University between 1986 and 1990. Jacqueline'seducation began at Judson High School, where they completed their high school degree in 1983-1986.
