Jay Arcement has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jay is currently the Head of Retail Product Innovation & GTM at NCR Voyix, where they lead a team overseeing innovation initiatives and product strategy in retail. Previously, Jay worked at Mercedes-Benz USA as a Sr. Venture Architect, managing and developing new business ventures in digital, web, and mobile applications. Jay also has experience at Deloitte as a Product Strategy Senior, where they managed software incubation projects and allocated resources for enterprise SaaS platform products. Prior to that, Jay worked at Tech Square Ventures as an Analyst Associate, supporting deal flow management and investment analysis. Jay has also held positions in investment management and consulting at Georgia Institute of Technology, ATDC, and Aon Hewitt. Additionally, Jay has experience in underwriting and served as the President of The University of Georgia Banking and Finance Society during their academic years.

Jay Arcement earned a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2010. Jay later pursued a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Finance from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, graduating in 2016.
