Naresh Shetty

Naresh Shetty holds extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Director for Business Application Operations at NCR Corporation since September 2004. Naresh oversees a team responsible for the support and operations of 423 business applications across various countries, focusing on maintaining high availability, disaster recovery, incident management, and automation. Previous roles include IT Director for Global Service Delivery and Logistics at NCR, where Naresh led the development of command center applications in 35 countries to enhance real-time decision-making. Naresh has also held directorships at Pegasys Pvt Ltd and Pegasys Consulting Pvt Ltd, along with a senior software engineer position at Astea. Naresh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bond University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
