Previous roles include working as a medical transcriptionist for various healthcare professionals from 1995 to 1996, a freelance court reporter handling depositions and court proceedings from 1992 to 1995, and as an official court reporter managing civil and criminal court documentation from 1983 to 1992. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Court Reporting from Miami Dade College and a certificate in Medical Transcribing from ICS.
