Mikah Jones

Mikah Jones is currently a Research Fellow at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition, where a fellowship program enhances the capacity of grassroots leaders in economic resiliency efforts. At Howard University, Mikah serves as a Research Assistant within the NCAR Early Career Faculty Innovator Program. Previous roles include User Experience Researcher at SocialTechLabs, where user-centered research was integrated into the software development process, and Diversity Peer Educator at St. John's University, promoting cultural awareness and social justice. Additionally, as a Graduate Research Assistant at St. John's University, research focused on improving medical responses for human trafficking survivors. Mikah holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from Howard University, a Master of Arts in Sociology, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections, both from St. John's University.
