Adrian Tan

Adrian Tan is a seasoned risk management professional currently serving as a Senior Manager at NCS Group since 2023. Prior to this role, Adrian held the position of Assistant Vice President at Marsh McLennan from 2021 to 2023 and worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Singapore from 2015 to 2021, where extensive expertise in enterprise risk management (ERM) was developed, including the implementation of risk governance, risk analytics, and training programs. Adrian began a military career as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Army from 2010 to 2012, showcasing leadership skills in overseeing a platoon while managing various projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University, an Advanced Diploma in Enterprise Business Analytics from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and a Diploma in Multimedia & Animation with Business from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
