Charlotte Chiew

Charlotte Chiew has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at NCS Group since July 2021, where previous roles included Head and Senior Director of People & Culture. Prior to joining NCS, Charlotte spent over 22 years at Accenture, holding various senior HR positions, including Growth Markets HR Lead for Strategy & Consulting, AAPAC HR Business Partner, and ASEAN Head of People Operations. Charlotte's responsibilities encompassed a wide range of HR functions across multiple regions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational change. Educationally, Charlotte holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore (1997-1999).
