Jocelyn Teo

Jocelyn leads the finance function in NCS. Backed by a team of more than 100 finance leaders and executives, Jocelyn’s focus is to drive strategic initiatives and manage processes in financial planning & analysis, budgeting & forecasting, statutory reporting and system enhancements, automation and digitalisation for the finance functions.

As an experienced finance professional and Chartered Accountant for more than 20 years, Jocelyn has worked in various industries including Technology, Shipping & Logistics, Communications and Aerospace.

Prior to joining NCS, she was a Finance Director with NOL and implemented the Enterprise Resource Planning system for the entire group spanning over 62 countries across 4 regions (America, Europe, North Asia and South Asia). She was also involved in the setting up of the finance shared service center.

Jocelyn believes in bearing the attitude of being a servant-leader who focuses on the growth and well-being of her team. She is highly motivated to enable and develop her team members to discover their capabilities so that they can reach their full potential.
