Rachel Kong

Rachel Kong currently serves as the Employee Engagement Lead in the People and Culture department at NCS Group, a position held since February 2019. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as an HR Business Partner at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore from September 2015 to February 2019 and held the position of Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition) at the Republic of Singapore Air Force from March 2012 to September 2015. Rachel's career began at New Era Entertainment as an Acquisition and Procurement Executive from August 2010 to March 2012, following a brief role in Merchant Relations at OCBC Bank in early 2007. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Social Science with a major in Economics and a minor in Mass Communication and New Media from the National University of Singapore, completed in 2010.
