Clare Darby

Clare Darby serves as the Senior Global Learning Director at Kantar since December 2018, where responsibilities include designing and managing blended learning programs for approximately 15,000 client-facing staff globally, utilizing innovative learning approaches, and engaging senior stakeholders. Clare also contributes as a Peer Support Volunteer at NCT Charity, providing support to mothers experiencing low mood or anxiety. Prior roles include Neuroscience Director at Kantar Millward Brown, where Clare developed neuroscience research training, and various leadership positions at Millward Brown focused on neuro-marketing solutions. Earlier experience includes project management at the University of Warwick and market research at Millward Brown. Clare holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
