Natasha Simpson Bsc Hons. Assoc.cipd (she/her)

Natasha Simpson has a diverse and extensive work experience. Natasha is currently the Director of People, Education and Inclusion at NCT Charity since September 2022. Previously, they worked as the Head of People at Centrepoint from April 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they served as a People Consultant at NTS Health Ltd. from August 2014 to August 2022. Natasha also held the position of Head of HR & OD at Hastoe Group from September 2019 to February 2021, and Head of HR at Harrison Associates from April 2019 to July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at The Forward Trust as the Head of HR from April 2016 to April 2019 and at RAPt as the Director of Human Resources from 2000 to 2011, where they were instrumental in the inception and evolution of the entire HR function. Natasha also had a further promotion to Director of Operations at RAPt, responsible for operational management and strategic development of all central service functions.

Natasha Simpson earned a BSc Hons degree in Psychology from London Guildhall University between 1995 and 1998. In 2006, they obtained a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Practice. Natasha further pursued a Diploma in Health & Nutrition from MDLC in 2015. In 1999, Natasha completed an introductory course in counseling at The City Literary Institute.
