Sian Thomas

Sian Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Sian is currently working as the Head of Operations - Courses and Customer Service at NCT Charity since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Change Grow Live from September 2015 to March 2022, holding various managerial roles including ResoLUTiONs Services' Manager, Sub-Regional Services Manager, and Criminal Justice Services Manager. Sian also worked at Serco as a NOMS ESF Performance Manager for a brief period in 2015. Before that, they worked at Sova from 2012 to 2014 as a Programme Manager for NOMS ESF and as a NOMS ESF ETE Broker. Earlier in their career, Sian worked as a Substance Misuse Practitioner at HMP & YOI Eastwood Park, a Sales Manager at NPA - National Pharmacy Association, and as a Financial Recruitment Consultant at Hydrogen Group.

Sian Thomas pursued their education at Nottingham Trent University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology.
