Joni Lupovitz

Joni Lupovitz has a rich background in legal and policy roles. Joni served as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at NCTA, Senior Director at NPR, and Vice President, Policy at Common Sense Media. Additionally, they held positions at Potomac Technology Law + Policy and the Federal Trade Commission, where they served as Chief of Staff, Attorney Advisor, and Assistant Director for Enforcement. Their work primarily focused on public policy, legislative advocacy, and regulatory initiatives in the media, technology, and consumer protection sectors.

Joni Lupovitz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Great Distinction in English, Film, and Communication from McGill University. Joni also earned a Juris Doctor degree with Highest Honors and was inducted into the Order of the Coif from The George Washington University Law School.
