Marckia Hayes

Marckia Hayes currently serves as Legislative Counsel at NCTA - The Internet & Television Association, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Policy Advisor and Associate at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck from February 2019 to July 2023, and Judicial Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of Nevada from July 2017 to February 2019. Marckia's legal career began with a series of internships and clerkships, including roles at DE CASTROVERDE LAW GROUP, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and various judicial positions. Marckia obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada-Las Vegas, after completing studies in Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada-Reno and earning an Associate's Degree in the same field from the College of Southern Nevada High School.
