Alex Cole-Hamilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, ethics, and organisational integrity. Currently serving as Co-Founder of power & integrity since September 2021, Alex focuses on enhancing power dynamics and promoting equity within the nonprofit sector. As an Associate Consultant at NCVO and a Consultant in Organisational Integrity at alexcolehamilton.com, Alex provides expertise in governance and ethical practices. Additional roles include Board Trustee for the Sophie Hayes Foundation and a former Head of Ethics & Compliance at Oxfam, where significant strides were made in developing an integrated ethics strategy. Earlier career highlights include roles at The Body Shop and as a Researcher for UNICEF, where impactful research contributed to youth initiatives against gender-based violence. Alex holds an MA in Gender and Development from the University of Sussex and a BA in History from Queen's University.
