Melinda Deller

Melinda joined NDA in 2002 and is responsible for People & Safety within the business. She has a BBS (HRM) from Massey University and is a MHRINZ. Within NDA her responsibilities cover Health & Safety, Performance Management, Industrial Relations and Learning & Development.

Prior to joining NDA she has worked predominately within manufacturing environments.
