Philip A. Goliber

Philip Goliber, PhD, is a Partner and Expert Consultant with NDA Partners. Prior to NDA Partners, he was Vice President Strategy and Portfolio, and Vice President Pharmaceutical and Analytical Sciences, at UCB Pharma, SA. During his thirty-year career in Pharmaceutical R&D he also held positions at Penwest Pharmaceuticals, Warner Lambert, and Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Goliber’s technical expertise includes both R&D and operations. His experience includes DMPK, API development, pharmaceutics, laboratory robotics and analytics with both drugs and biologics. He has participated in the planning, logistics and execution of dozens of drug development programs, and led the planning and implementation of initiatives to optimize the pharmaceutical R&D process and reduce late stage attrition. He has significant experience in the international pharmaceutical industry, has lived and worked in Europe, and has worked extensively in emerging market countries to establish successful international collaborations.
