James Allen

James serves as a Regional Manager for NDC Asset Management. He brings nearly eight years of experience in real estate management to the company. James earned a BS in Finance from Marshall University. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida. He oversees a portfolio that includes LIHTC, Section 8 and RAD/PBRA properties across the state of Florida as well as 394,000+ square feet of commercial office, medical, and retail space in the Bradenton and Sarasota markets.
