Vince Rogers

Vince Rogers has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Vince started their career as an Engineering Intern at Kaweah Construction Co in 2006, where they worked on designing underground water gates and reviewing project drawings. Vince then moved on to ABB, Inc. in 2008, working in the Quality Assurance department and independently solving manufacturing and field issues. From 2011 to 2012, Vince served as a Mechanical Design Intern at Aerojet. In 2012, they joined Palomar Technologies as a Mechanical Engineer and later became the Mechanical Engineering Lead, working until 2017. Vince then joined Nordson Electronics Solutions | ASYMTEK Products in 2017, initially as an Engineering Manager, and later became the Value Stream Manager for Dispensing Systems. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Nordson Measurement & Control Solutions.

Vince Rogers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 2004 to 2008. Vince later pursued a Master's degree in the same field from the same university, completing it from 2010 to 2012.
