Melanie Monsour

Melanie Monsour is an experienced adjunct professor at SFUAD since January 2005, specializing in piano and composition. In addition to this role, Melanie has maintained a career as an independent pianist and composer since January 2000, collaborating with organizations such as the National Dance Institute in New Mexico, Aspen, Santa Fe Ballet, and New Mexico School for the Arts. Since 2000, Melanie has also served as a pianist for the National Dance Institute of New Mexico, providing live music for dance classes. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Music degree in piano and composition from UMass/Amherst, completed between 1974 and 1978.
