The Human Resources team at NDM Hospitality is responsible for managing all aspects of human capital within the company. This includes recruiting and onboarding new employees, administering benefits and compensation, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and overseeing employee development and training. The team also plays a pivotal role in strategic planning to support the company's growth in both its Food & Beverage and Hospitality divisions.
