Bill Herron

Bill Herron has a diverse and extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Bill has worked as the Head of Engineering ART at NDT Global since March 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at Halfwave as an Engineering Manager/Chief Consulting Engineer and later as a Senior Technology Consultant starting from June 2016. Before that, they served as the Managing Director at Pigging & Design Services Limited starting from May 2016. Bill was also a Technical Director at STATS Group from March 2014 to June 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Engineering Manager at IHC Merwede Engineering Business from January 2012 to March 2014. Bill worked as a Chief Consulting Engineer at GE PII from February 2002 to January 2012. Before that, they served as a Product Design Manager at PII Pipeline Solutions from January 1998 to January 2002.

Bill Herron attended Northumbria University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they hold a certification as a Chartered Engineer (CEng FIMechE) from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
