Kate Hilts

Kate Hilts is an experienced digital strategist with a diverse background in political campaigns and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Strategist at NEA since May 2020, Kate has previously held key roles such as Regional Digital Mobilization Director for Warren for President and Senior Strategist at AFL-CIO. Previous positions include Lead Strategist at Rising Tide Interactive, Digital Director for Heidi Heitkamp for North Dakota, and Campaign Production Analyst for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Kate's early career includes roles such as Email Marketing Coordinator at Rising Tide Interactive and Press & Legislative Intern at the United States Senate. An alumnus of Reed College with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science, Kate is currently pursuing a Master of Arts at Georgetown University.
