Stephanie Salvador

Stephanie Salvador is a seasoned federal lobbyist currently representing the National Education Association (NEA) since September 2021, advocating for diverse legislative policies impacting education, appropriations, and technology among others. Prior to her role at NEA, Salvador served as the Director of Congressional Affairs at the Council for Opportunity in Education, where strategic assessments of legislation aimed at funding TRIO programs were central to responsibilities. Earlier experiences include positions at Thompson Coburn LLP as a Staff Assistant, and various roles within the United States Senate, where duties ranged from legislative research to assisting in daily Senate operations. Salvador holds a Master of Arts in Government from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government/American Politics from the University of Virginia.
