Garrett Maldoon

Garrett Maldoon is a skilled BIM Manager currently with Neal Electric Corp. since October 2022, bringing prior experience as a BIM Modeler at Bergelectric from August 2019 to October 2022. Maldoon has a solid foundation in project management, having worked at Kelar Pacific - AEC Technology Solutions as an Application Specialist and Job Captain, where responsibilities included managing projects from bid to delivery, conducting 3D LIDAR scanning, and providing educational outreach. Previous roles include serving as the Materials Lab Supervisor at NewSchool of Architecture & Design, where collaboration on student projects and shop tool maintenance occurred, and directing a prefab drywall shop at The Raymond Group. An early career began as a Machining Assistant at Scientiam Machine Co., supporting aerospace component manufacturing. Maldoon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from NewSchool of Architecture & Design and completed studies at El Camino Community College.
