Maxwell Freese

Maxwell Freese is a seasoned metallurgist with extensive experience in heat treating processes and quality analysis. Since March 2012, Maxwell has been overseeing batch furnace and induction heat treating processes at Neapco Drivelines, collaborating closely with the quality department on failure analysis, heat treat analysis, and incoming material verification. Previously, Maxwell completed internships at Eaton Corporation, where responsibilities included performing quality checks on heat-treated parts and maintaining non-destructive testing equipment. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, earned between 2007 and 2011.
