Adam Gerson

Adam Gerson has worked in a variety of roles in the tech and management consulting industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Senior Associate Management Consultant at Katzenbach Partners. In 2009, they joined the Federal Communications Commission as a Business Associate on the National Broadband Plan Task Force. In 2010, they became Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Efficiency 2.0, a tech startup providing energy efficiency web applications and engagement programs. In 2012, they joined C3 Energy Network as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Operations. In 2013, they became General Manager of NYC for Hailo, a transportation network company. In 2014, they became Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Nowait, a mobile technology company. In 2017, Nowait was acquired by Yelp and they continued in the same role. In 2018, they joined StreetShares as the COO and Head of SMB Sales & Customer Success. Finally, in 2023, they became the Chief Operating Officer at EarthOptics, a company developing tools to help farmers and ranchers more sustainably manage their soil.

Adam Gerson attended Harvard University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a BA. Adam then attended The Wharton School from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an MBA.
