Dr James Fathers

Dr James Fathers is currently the Inaugural Iris Magidson Endowed Chair of Design Leadership at Syracuse University's School of Design. Dr James is also the Director of the School of Design and a Professor at the same institution. With extensive experience in various design-related roles, Dr James has worked with organizations such as the Near East Foundation, The RSA, York St John University, and has been involved in design practice, product design, and design management. Dr Fathers holds a PhD in the role of design training in development contexts and has furthered their education with a PG Cert in Coaching & Mentoring.
