Lezlie Blaski

Lezlie oversees NEF's US and international-based human resources to ensure the Foundation’s organizational capabilities continue to support a diverse workforce capable of meeting the evolving needs of the organization. She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources management, strategic planning, and organizational development across public, private, and non-profit sectors. Lezlie holds a BS in organizational leadership and received an MBA, specializing in entrepreneurship, from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
