Mihai has extensive experience in project management, financial management, and operations, having managed substantial budgets at Land Surveys and led teams in high-stakes environments at Polaris Seismic International Ltd. and TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. A graduate of "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University Iasi, Mihai specializes in geodetic engineering and possesses a strong skill set in management consulting, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
