K Reddy started their work experience in 2011 as a Fullstack developer at bluegape.com. From 2013 to 2013, they worked as a Full stack Developer at ZeMoSo Technologies. In 2014, they held multiple roles, including Web Consultant at Twomile Heavy Industries, Inc., Web Developer at Workado, and Consultant at Lomasoft Corporation. In 2017, they worked as a Student Mentor at The Hacking School - Coding Bootcamp. From 2018 to 2018, they served as a Full Stack Engineer at Haeal Pharma. Starting in 2019, they have been working as a Consultant - Full Stack Engineer at NearBuzz. Throughout their career, they also held the positions of Trainer, Student Mentor, and Founder at Inventstack Academy from 2014 to 2021.

K Reddy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. They attended the institute from 2007 to 2011.
