Eliza Wager

Eliza Wager is a seasoned event marketing professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale events and conferences. Currently serving as Senior Event Marketing Manager at Nearmap since July 2021, Eliza previously held the role of Senior Project Manager - Conference at the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) from September 2017 to June 2021, where Eliza was instrumental in transitioning the ASFA Conference to a virtual format during the Covid pandemic, attracting over 1,100 delegates. Eliza's experience also includes production assistance for the Sydney New Year’s Eve fireworks under the City of Sydney, and a long tenure at HIA Limited, where responsibility included leading national events such as the Australian Housing Awards and National Conference. Eliza began the career in event coordination with Swimming NSW and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
