Melissa Cail is an experienced professional in customer success and education, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for Strategic Accounts at Nearpod since August 2020, following roles as Senior and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Education & Partnerships Specialist at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from 2017 to August 2020, and as a Learning Specialist and Classroom Teacher at Bespoke Education, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Melissa worked at Uncommon Schools from July 2013 to June 2016 as a Classroom Teacher and Grade Team Chair, and interned at Manhattan Theatre Club in summer 2012. Melissa holds a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from Yale University and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, alongside participation in the National Endowment for the Humanities Summer Institute at Crow Canyon since 2015.
