Alexandro Leon has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development and web development. Alexandro started their career as a Web Developer at CAPSA IM in 2012, where they developed an application for monitoring maintenance activities on security equipment for PEMEX platforms. Alexandro then worked as a Freelance Developer at PEMEX in 2015. Later, at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in 2015, they migrated a collection system and an inventory system from a desktop platform to a web application. In 2016, at Colegio Tabasco Sabinas, they implemented the educational platform and developed the school website. Alongside, they also taught programming fundamentals. At Praxis de Mexico in 2017, Alexandro was a Web Developer and served as the Scrum master for a group of developers working on a cash management module for KidZania's ERP. Alexandro then joined Navistar Inc in 2018 as a Senior Web Developer, where they designed and implemented a new module for the registration of quotes using the 3-layer architecture, as well as coded a WEB API using .NET Core and Dapper. Alexandro worked as a Freelance Web Developer at Password Data, S.A. de C.V. in 2019. Currently, they are at NearShore Technology, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Software Development Engineer, Full-stack Developer, and DevOps Engineer.

Alexandro Leon's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering, which they pursued from 2006 to 2009 at Universidad Tecmilenio. After completing their undergraduate studies, Alexandro went on to obtain a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from the same institution. Alexandro pursued their master's degree from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, Alexandro attended SCRUMstudy and acquired a Scrum Fundamentals Certified degree in Computer Software Engineering.
