Carin Curtis

Carin Curtis has extensive work experience in the field of people operations, global resourcing, and project management. Carin currently holds the position of Sr Director of People Ops and Global Resourcing at NearShore Technology, where they are responsible for managing the talent acquisition functions and leading the recruiting team. Prior to this, they worked at Alight Solutions as a CS Events Management Project Manager for nine years, overseeing project planning and execution, stakeholder relations, and staff training and development. Before joining Alight Solutions, Carin held various roles at Randstad (previously Spherion Staffing) as a Partnership Director, and at Spherion Staffing as an On Premise Manager and Site Delivery Manager. Carin also worked at Ultimate Staffing as an Account Executive, where they successfully opened new accounts and recruited staff. Carin started their career at Spherion Staffing as an On-Site Supervisor, where they gained experience in supervising and managing staffing operations.

Carin Curtis pursued their education in the field of Human Resource Management from 1998 to 2000 at the UCF College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree.
