Lizeth Martin has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Lizeth started their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Assistant at Dirección de Personal y Recursos Humanos, S.C.P. After working there for about 7 months, they moved on to become a Regional Recruiter at Evolucione Expertos en Capital Humano in 2015. Lizeth then joined NearShore Technology in 2016, where they held multiple positions including Administrative Assistant, Travel Coordinator, and most recently, Onboarding Coordinator & Assistant. Their time with NearShore Technology spans from 2016 to the present.

Lizeth Martin completed their education at the Centro de Estudios de las Americas (CELA) from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Lizeth has also obtained a certification in Time Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in March 2020.
