Bienadi Andallon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies.

Bienadi started their career in 2008 at Stream Global Services as a CSA II, where they handled phone inquiries and provided technical support for a major telecommunication company in the US. Bienadi also trained in the escalations department and conducted floor support for new hires.

In 2010, they joined APAC Customer Services as a Team Leader, initially working as a Representative for an insurance company before being promoted. As a Team Leader, they provided coaching, performance monitoring, and updates to agents. Bienadi also conducted huddles, performed daily call audits, and attended meetings with clients and supervisors.

In 2012, Andallon joined C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for scanning and evaluating calls for internal quality monitoring for a major telecommunication company in the US. Bienadi also reviewed potential call avoidance and facilitated quality assurance discussions for new hires and management teams.

Later in 2012, they joined First Advantage Philippines Ltd as an Operations Supervisor, where they mentored associates, coordinated with US reporting specialists and service delivery managers, and addressed quality-related concerns. Bienadi also served as the Calibration Master for the entire site and facilitated training for management and associates.

In 2014, they worked at iQor as an AVP Operations, before moving to Teleperformance Careers Philippines in 2015 as a Team Leader/Supervisor. In both roles, they contributed to the operational management of the respective companies.

From 2016, Andallon worked as the Leadership and Development Manager at RMS Collect Philippines (an iQor Company), overseeing leadership and development programs. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at NEARSOL, starting from 2022.

Bienadi Andallon attended St. Dominic College of Arts and Sciences from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
