Earl Franco Inlayo

Earl Franco Inlayo has extensive work experience in workforce management and planning. Earl Franco most recently worked at NEARSOL as a Senior Workforce Manager starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Workforce Manager at NEARSOL from September 2020 to June 2022. Before joining NEARSOL, Earl worked at Accenture as a WFM Lead from December 2017 to September 2020. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at [24]7 where they held the positions of Workforce Planning Manager from April 2011 to December 2016, and Operations Support Manager from May 2010 to March 2011. Earl began their career at TeleTech in 2006 and held various roles including Workforce Planning Manager from August 2009 to May 2010, Workforce Planning Supervisor from April 2007 to August 2009, and Workforce Planning Specialist from July 2006 to April 2007.

Earl Franco Inlayo attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
